Leaking red smeg kettle

My red SMEG kettle is leaking. Bought the kettle in December 2020 and now it has started leaking. I don't have the slip anymore as it's been more than a year, don't know what to do. Is there a repair centre or something for such? Just went through some of the reviews and saw that this happens alot 😳
