Horrible service by SMEG South Africa

One of the SMEG units I bought got damaged which I took an extended warranty for. Technician came to check the unit and diagnosed the unit with his eyes and Smeg declined my claim and refused to fix or replace the unit. Sent an Escalation and 2 weeks later still no response.
