Horrible after-sales service and poor quality

We bought the top-of-the-range brand new Dolce Stil Novo ovens, what a disappointment! The new ovens were faulty and we have been waiting since April 2025 for a technician to fix it, with no feasible response or proper communication from Smeg as to when a replacement part would be received. Stay away from Smeg, poor quality and horrific after-sales service, not worth the money we spend!
