Don’t buy Smeg

The same problem persist to happen on my smeg tumble dryer. This is the third time they came out to fix it. Upon asking the technician what he is going to do to prevent it from happening again he just rep**** it is under warranty they will just keep replacing the same part!! My reply and the minute my warranty stops what then then I must keep replacing the part!!? Anyway what kind of a business plan is that. Keep replacing the same part on a year old machine! That is insanely bad business. I want a new machine or full refund!!! Come take your machine Smeg please!
