Dish washer repair poor service

Poor service from SMEG, my dishwasher which is just over a year old, had an error message, its taken two call outs and 3 weeks, I'm told that a part needs to be ordered from Italy. Its really inconvenient being without a dishwasher, had i know this from the outset i would have made another plan, really poor communication and poor service. I will not buy another SMEG appliance again.
