Disappointing

In July lat year we moved into the home of our dreams, fitted with SMEG appliances. That was a bonus. When attemting to use the oven it never worked, clearly from the condition it was never used. We had a SMEG technician come out to fix it in November last year, a month ago the oven stoppe working again. This is so disappointing for me, firstly given the cost of the SMEG appliances and secondly i don't have any documents to say whether this is under guarantee or warantee.
