Disappointed Smeg Customer

I bought a Smeg Electric kettle a few years ago, the outer coating in now bubbling, badly. They have offered me a 50% discount to purchase a new kettle. This is pretty disappointing as this show that the quality I expected from SMEG is defiantly is not up to scratch and you don’t back their own brand! So why should I!

They should feel confident and take ownership, replacing the Kettle free of charge – take some learning from other leading business. Is not a cheap brand – and I have been loyal to SMEG over the years!
