Damaged Kettle… Nishelle at head office

I bought a smeg kettle in 2021 sometime … now it started bubbling on the rim … I had thrown away the slip and box and supplier wouldn’t exchange without it… I then contacted head office … a lady called Nishelle was very helpful and responded to emails promptly all hours of the night … so so happy I just collected my brand new kettle!!! Thank you thank you 🙏
