Cheap *******

I purchased a smeg oven 4 years ago from Wakefords in Fish Hoek. In the first year the fan on one side stopped working and it was repaired free of charge. Now the fan on the other side has stopped, but it's out of warranty so I must pay R2000 for the parts and labour to repair it. What absolute *******. My last Defy lasted over 20 years and this is only 4 years old. And the smeg cost over R20,000 when I bought it. Meant to be quality but in reality seems to be just cheap bling. And no response from their help website.
