Bad service

I have never received such poor service, rather lack of service. I had their technicians come out on the 10th of October 2023, to inspect my oven as it was not heating properly. They told me I need a new thermostat. I got the quote and paid the full amount as was requested. It's now the 13th of November and I'm still waiting. Absolutely shocking.
