Bad Service

First time they repaired the machine was good service it broke down shortly after a technician came out said they it needed a new part and i wouldn't be charged. Its been 3 weeks later of constant calling and being told they had the part in stock but didn't know when they were going to get it so they couldn't give me a date on repair. Such a big brand and known brand and such bad service.
