Bad Product and after service !!

All looks good on the outside, but think twice before you buy this product, 6 months old top of the range coffee machine, buttons wear off, coffee and water coming out everywhere. Before I send it back clean it like the day I bought it, came back after 4 weeks, reply: serviced and updated software, machine dirty, full off beans and ground coffee, buttons not fixed. I did not send my machine in for a service, I send it in to be fixed. Send it back to Yuppie Chef for original problem. Now 4 weeks has passed and I receive an email that I cleaned the machine wrongly, Smeg if I cleaned it wrongly then all the buttons would have been the same, not only one. So I will be without a coffee machine for another 2 to 3 weeks, after paying R15 000 for it. People stop buying after the name, go back to the known brands, Smeg is just a Yuppie thing that shines on the outside and stink on the inside and after service is even worse
