BAD PRODUCT

<p>hAVE A NEW EXTRACTOR FAN(SMEG). Have had 3 callouts with this unit, The last callout , the PC board needed replacement. I waited 6 weeks for the part to come. Now about 2 months later the PC board has broken again. Spoke to Head Office(THINUS). They won't replace the extractor unless it breaks again!!!!! Didnt respond to my last email!!</p>
