Bad all round

Bought a kettle in Jan 2017 and after a year it is leaking like a sift!!!! Made contact with headoffice, went to see service provider in Cape Town, sent email, sent message on facebook, follow-up phone call to Cape Town service desk and still no solution to my problem! And here I thought I bought a kitchen device from a leader in the bussiness , clearly I was mistaken
