Appalling aftercare service!!!

Trying to book a service call for a 90cm Oven is impossible in Cape Town! Called them and they had to call me back however I am still waiting and I called them to get the booking sorted. They were suppose to come out on Friday but never pitched up and called this morning with another not available service department response. This is not a cheap item and we use our oven a lot but Smeg seems to not care about their clients at all. Appaling attitude to have.
