Apalling Service from SMEG Cape Town

This is our 2nd bad experience within a period of 4 months . On behalf of our Corporate Client in Cape Town , we have requested two parts for their Smeg fridge in their Kitchen / Canteen . On both occasions , have waited incredibly long for any feedback . Got the 1st part only after much difficulty & numerous requests to their Cape Town Showroom for feedback . Unquestionably the worst Customer Service ever experienced within my lifetime & our business experiences ! Needless to say , we are still waiting for any response for our last part request submitted 4 weeks ago ! Apalling & Shocking Service . Dont even know how they are still in business !
