After calling numerous times I havent gotten respo

My Smeg's oven switches off every 2min after calling dion wired and smeg numerous times they keep telling me they will get back to me but after months I still havent received a single call from either of them.I paid alot of money for this stove yet i cant even bake anything. I laid a complaint while it was still under guarantee but after calling them for months the guarantee expired. After the first complaint they sent a tecnician after a year to come and service my stove. Seeing that you are so incomsiderate of your customers I wont buy a Smeg product again
