6 Weeks wait for repair on Smeg Stove!!!!

For the last 6 weeks me and my husband have been struggling to get a Smeg technician to come and repair a part of our Smeg stove. Each time we ask the technician is “supposed” to came they have an excuse of some sort and do not come. It has been 6-7 weeks this week and still no technician. The stove has a 10 year garantie and it is only 3 years old this year. I fell that for this expensive brand the service is pathetic!!!!!
