SMD WORST WORK ETHIC OR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I bought a Connex laptop, a few years ago, and unfortunately the battery just stopped working without being plugged in ..okay understable let's say these things happen so where does the problem come in ..I contacted SMD TECHNOLOGIES in the beginning of October for repairs as they are the only people who can repair their laptops which I found out after phoning around everywhere. Okay sent in the laptop they tell me there is no battery part and asking me if they can exchange with a refurbished laptop. They will send me a invoice and I can decide if I want to except or not ..so a few days pass no invoice I email a few times no replies or responses , after many phone calls to them every second day and being put on hold by multiple agents , for more then 15-20 Min no solution just promises of they will call you as soon as they have information but wow as usual nobody ever calls back and nobody ever knows anything , I get put through about 3/4 times with every single call because they apparently have no communication and constantly have technical difficulties, for this whole month of November I've been calling from my phone every single day to try and get answers as to what is happening with my laptop and all I keep getting is promises of the unit being dispatched today , same thing everyday , then I get calls from 3 different agents who keeps asking where the proof of payment was sent even though 2 of their agents has confirmed receiving proof of payment..I'm still waiting for a response after being promised a call before end of day today with the tracking details ..guess what nobody called and no tracking details which means tomorrow I have to speak to Nwabisa, or Bonolo ,or Mogau again to et the same promises with no laptop insight...PEOPLE PLEASE DONT BUY ANY CONNEX LAPTOPS OR ANY LAPTOPS THAT HAS TO DO WITH SMD TECHNOLOGIES..THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO COMMUNICATION ABILITIES AND THEY DONT CARE WETHER YOU GET YOUR PRODUCT PLUS YOU GET CHARGED FOR GETTING YOUR LAPTOP COURIERED TO THEM AND BACK .WORST BUSINESS IVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH.
