SMD Electronics - GREAT Service!

I purchased an item from MAKRO Online a week ago. All I received from them is TERRIBLE service. (See my review on MAKRO Online)

To the rescue - my Knight in White Hyundai - Brett, from SMD Electronics (the Supplier of my item).

I have still not heard anything further to my complaint from MAKRO themselves, but as soon as the Supplier heard of my dilemma, he immediately called me and offered to deliver my parcel last evening.

We made an arrangement for him to deliver to my Delivery Address at 8 a.m. this morning, and sure enough, at 8 on the dot, there was Brett, delivering my long lost parcel.
