Smartphones Ad **** Premio phones

I recently bought a handset (Smartphone) by SMD technologies called Premio S80, It came with preinstalled adware (an app labelled as an important system app which you can't uninstall or disable). It shows full screen adds while you are using the phone as long as you have a data connection.

So you have to pay for the phone and pay for the chunks of data to download the ads that disturb your phone use. I have written several emails requesting for the relatively new phone's update so they can remove the problematic apps/scripts from the firmware with no responses.
