Ridiculous company

I phone the 1st time to found out prices from them and was not told that the public can't buy direct from them. So I phoned back to get more information about the product Volkano Allcast Streaming Player and then the lady told me that I can't buy from them directly have to register a company first what a bull **** *** is it. Really. So yes I have your price so why must I go to Builders or LeRoy Merlin and go and pay those prices are you ridiculous
