RAM Couriers on delivering packages

Above mentioned company has been giving me the run around for at least 3 weeks now.

I'm still waiting for them to deliver a package, which is supposed to be delivered by RAM couriers. First I asked them if I could pick up the package and they said no. I even told them that I would be in hospital. They suggested that they could deliver the package as long as the person who was going to receive the package would show their ID document. I even send them a copy of my friend's document. When they arrived at the delivery address they phoned me and told me that they needed my Id document .

Ram Couriers is giving me the run around. It seems to me that their drivers make their own rules as they go through the day. They acting like little kids playing a board game and then they change the rules to fit in with their schedule. I just wonder if it will be the same thing that I've orderded. Maybe the thing I ordered has been changed by now.
