Happy customer

previously wrote a review with regards to Fundi. I took a loan for devices which included a laptop bundle, cellphone and a Power supply unit. I had a problem with the power supply which was not working properly infact the three way plug of the power unit was not working. I then contacted Fundi and was given a case no.which didn't help me. Weeks passed and decided to contact Hellopeter, immediately i was contacted by SMD technologies cause they are the ones who Fundi purchased my Power supply. The previous one was collected and after a week i was given a new one. Same story the three way plug was not working and i sent a WhatsApp message to the supplier which was SMD technologies and we did a video call to show them what i was complaining about. The guy then promised me to give me a new advanced model. I received the new model, it works perfectly and the three way plug is working perfectly. The guy also promised me if i encounter any problem with the unit i must not hesitate to contact him. I am happy. Thank you Hellopeter and thank you SMD Technologies 🙏
