Connex tablet 10 inch

I bought a connex table on the 27.01.2020 at Musgrave CNA and returned it in March 2020 cause it was not charging, I was informed to liase with SMD technologies direct cause CNA was no longer selling their products, I did and it was fixed after 3 months, in October 2020 I returned again due to the same issue and it took 3 months to fix. The third time I requested my money and I was told they don't do refunds and the item is no longer within a warranty not considering the months they kept it while fixing.
