Connex laptop made my life miserable

Really ****ed with this company /vonnex laptop. I actually took it to Pick n Pay on the 31st Jan 2022 and they probably booked it in for repairs after 3days max and told me to wait for 21days and had no problem but was surprised n happy when I got the call on the 10th of Feb being told to fetch it, only to find that it wasn't fixed but they only clear the system and it had to be re-booked again and took the whole month again.. They don't have a sense of urgency as I HAVE BEEN STRESSING THE FACT THAT IAM A STUDENT AND BEEN STRUGGLING TO DO SCHOOL WORK but no one seemed to care. And been calling them almost every day
