BAD PRODUCT, POOR SERVICE

I bought a Lenovo Core i5 Laptop from Jbay Computers and gaming end Jan/Feb 2023 (thus 5 months ago). The hard drive crashed Tuesday afternoon. Although I stored my work on cloud, nobody seems to worry or to help me. It is weeks and weeks of work that I need to recover and seems nobody is interested to assist. They want me to pay for the drive if I send it to professionals to recover my work. I am of the opinion that this Laptop should have been replaced with a new one, and that my info be recovered. I thought I buy a good laptop from a client orientated source. I am very angry, and I am not happy with the way I've been treated so far. Who will be happy to buy a Laptop for R16 000 every 5 months?
