Worst Service

I have never experienced such poor service with a repairer as with Smash Auto Body. My vehicle went in for hail damage and was first indicated to be completed on 04/12/2020. I was then informed that the repair date has moved to 11/12/2020, which at this point I fully understand. I was then phoned not once, not twice, but three times asking to bring my vehicle in for repairs (My vehicle at this point has been in their workshop for more than a week already!). I was then contacted and told that they are waiting for my insurance to give them the go ahead for additional spray work to complete the repair. I was then contacted again on 08/12/2020 and informed that my car is going in for spray work and will then be completed on 18/12/2020, the date moved from 11/12/2020. I accepted this again and was assured that it will be completed by then, they even spoke to the repairs manager who confirmed this. Today 18/12/2020 when I followed up I was informed that the car has not been prayed and will now only go in for spray work on 21/12/2020 and "should" be completed by 23/12/2020.

This is extremely poor service and I would definitely not recommend them at all.
