Smash Autobody. Worst service ever.

I was in an accident on the 8th of November 2023. My vehicle was towed to smash auto body the same day. A week later I was told that that the vehicle was going to be written off as tge Repair cost was going to be R131 000. A few days later my insurance called and said that they will send someone out. To reassess the value of the damage. In total my vehicle was standing in their tow in yard 20days. They I was told that they are going to fix it now as the repair cost miraculously was reduced to R62999. On the 8th of December I had to return to rental vehicle which the insurance only gives you for 30 days. On the 14th of December Smash Autobody called me and said that they received all the parts and that they were going to be finished repairing my vehicle by the 22nd of December. The day they closed for Christmas break. I went to check up on my vehicle on the 18th of December. And it was still standing outside with no front wheel, as suspension work was done. I called them again on the 20th of December and was assured that my vehicle would be finished on the 22nd of December. On arrival on the 22nd of December. The body work was done but they haven't started painting the parts yet (front bumper, left fender, left front door, left rear door, left rear fender, left mirror and rear bumper. I was then promised that they are open again on the 3rd of January 2024 and my vehicle would be finished by the 5th of January. I called om the 5th and was told they were busy painting and assembling. I called again on Monday the 8th of January 2024 and was told that they were almost compete with assembly and were busy painting the rear bumper. Today the 10th of January 2024 I called again for updates and now everyone is in meetings and couldn't bother giving me updates. The lady at reception calls you with updates but later the manager calls you with different updates on the same day. Worst panel beater ever would not recommend using their services. Very unhappy and disappointed 😒
