Not happy

Had to take my car in for hail damage, firstly they where *********** by not making sure that all the paper work and payment procedures where taken care of before taking my car. It spent 2 weeks with them while they said they waiting for confirmation from my insurance. Then 2 months later I'm called to come fetch the car witch I was not happy with, they used a lighter paint color on my car, broke my bumper and tried fixing it without letting me know then to top it off my spare tire is missing. I called them and they said they will come back to me 24 hours later still no feed back.
