Bad workmanship and theft of item in my car.

I am very disappointed in Smash Auto Body's service for 3 reasons. When I received our car back for a minor dent repair: 1. A body panel they worked on was loose. 2. The door on the side of the damage was badly misaligned. 3. Our battery starter pack costing R1,850 was ****** from the cubbyhole.

They have pictures showing that they device was still in the cubbyhole when they received the car. They are not interested in compensating us for the damage.

I do understand that we were supposed to remove all valuables from the car before check the car in.

Overall, the experience was just bad.
