I took my car in after Iwyze insurance referred me to this panel-beater in December 2023. The experience that followed was horrific. The paint work on the car was very poor and part of the body of the vehicle was cloudy and showed that the car was just painted and never polished. The roofline was hanging and they didn't car to fix it since they were the ones that created the issue while performing the repairs. Lot's of overspray on black covers. It took them 5 months to fix the issues and I had to take the car back five times for errors to be fully corrected. The service desk is arrogant with a very annoying attitude. I had to complete the form to indicate the errors every time I took the car back but they were always aware of the issues since they will force me to collect the car before they resolved all of my complaints and according to them, they were always waiting for the insurance to approve every single thing. I had to take a car with me on the 17th of May even though some of the *****s on the passenger side were missing and they were not fixing the issue. I would not advice anyone to take their car to these guys, they are completely unprofessional. I have since had to go to a s**** yard to replace the door *****s to protect my passengers. If the insurance company refer you to this company, REFUSE!!!
