Phone went in for Battery replacement of R1200, 00 and I was told I need a new LCD of R7500, 00

I took my samsung Galaxy note 20 ultra in for a new battery which cost me R1200,00. Phone was still in working order when I dropped it off. Collected the phone and when I arrived home the phone did not switch on. Took it back and I was told I now need a New LCD which will cost me R7500,00. Technician was adamant the phone switched on when he tested it. But when I collected the phone the phone was not on charge and it was not on. The 1st thing a reliable Pty does is put the phone on charge for the customer. Email later and no replies. I have read the other 2 comments, I agree with them totally, there service is pathetic and I am I wont recommend them at all. Be mindful and make sure what you sign up for.
