SMART OPS IS A ****

I received calls from your company acting as Bolt asking about my bolt , my trips etc . I was not aware it is an external company ( Smart Ops) and that they are putting me under subscription. Now that I am aware (made aware by another company ) . I call your offices and I am told I need to pay a fee of R4900. That is ********.

Please immediately cancel my subscription with no fees attached , failure to do this I will report to the ombudsman and the NCR . Further actions will be taken .
