STAY AWAY FROM SMARTOPS FLEET

If I could give them no stars I would. This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with, their customer service is **********, their staff is arrogant and rude. I have been battling for months trying to get my subscription cancelled. I don't know how they’ve gotten access to my account and subscribed me to their service but I surely haven’t. I have never made use of their services, they recently started taking money from my bolt account and they don’t want to cancel my subscription without paying some ridiculous cancellation fee amount. Whenever I call and request to speak to a manager, they always say their manager is busy, busy *****ing peoples money is what they busy with. I wish this company closes down because their terms and conditions do not sound like it complies with the law. I am extremely livid with this experience
