SmartOps Fleet are *****ed
Smart Ops Fleet. Is a company that earns revenues from bolt drivers, just by subscription they start deducting hard earn money from bolt drivers, when I ask for the contact that is binding me they don't send it, yet they say I'm bidded by the contract, since March I've been asking to cancel even today, I've also ask to send me something in written letter or email to about subscribers cancelation fee they don't give me.
Even today at 08:00 (20 Aug 2024) I've called and spoke to Hinadi, she said she will send me the binding contract, she hasn't send me. All I want to be removed from their system because I don't like their business model, they are *****ed without bolt drivers they can't make revenues.
