Incompetence

They have no idea how the bolt app works but they are in business with bolt. All they know and do is keep restricting me as a driver from receiving cash trips and threatening me with repossession of their rented vehicle. It is almost impossible to make money receiving only card trips because they are rare and few on bolt, so you spend many hours without no ride. Especially a lady by the name of Shilong or something along those lines..a very *********** service clerk.
