Cancel this *****ulent Subscription With immediate effect please.

This company had put me on their system claiming to have communicated with me. They are now in control of my bolt app yet i have not received their services. When i asked them to cancel this ***** subscription, they are now saying i owe them R1300. They have already started taking my bolt earnings every Monday. I only had a car January 2025. Now i don't have a car and they are continuing adding their money. How is this happening? I don't have a car and i am not making any earnings.
