Smartmobile gave me a contract last year January 2019 i paid them untill my wife starting having problems and i needed too contact them and no one answered or their option said call back they have my number but they kept on phoning my wife on the number they gave her and I'm never at home during their office hours and they refused to do the honorable thing and phone me as their client on my number and one evening in August my wife received an sms stating that their is a sim swop done on her phone without any prior notice or anything my price plan was R199 for 12 months on a axxa small phone Today Creditworx out of the blue send an email stating i owe R7184.94 and no one except for this email has ever contacted me again and if you calculate R199 for 12 months it does not come too that amount and for me as consumer they did not even follow protocall even when trying too contact them worse ever mobile contract one can have especially with after sales communication i was waiting and waiting for them too contact me and now they did it in the worse kind of way and they do have my number not their contract number the number i phoned from too get contract
