*****ulent company - DO NOT USE

Really bad experience with this company as their website is absolutely not user friendly and you do not have a return option. I was unable to make contact via email as they do not respond to emails. They double booked me on the same flight and refuse to return my money. After I bombarded their life chat with messages they contacted me and offerd me only a small part as refund as they claim that I did not contact them with in 24 hours. Well, I have the emails that was send the same day and only minutes from realising the double booking. Also they charged me 30% more on the first booking to what thei site indicated. I would state this company as a *****ulent company.
