Eternity required for a refund.

Due to the tentions in the Middle East. My flight from Kuwait to Egypt was canceled. I have been back and forth with SmartFares in an attempt to aquire a refund. The airline announced that they would be giving full refunds for flights affected by the rising tensions. SmartFares however decided they would only refund me less than half of the amount paid for the flights. 5months down the line and I still do not have my refund and I find myself sending constant emails back and forth to aquire my refund.
