I would like to thank Smartcom for their follow up service to my complaint and the way in which it was handled.....its easy to deal with happy customer but I think what makes a company stand out is how they deal with a unhappy customer.....SmartCom sure has done that, and a very big thank you to Andrea Wilton you are professional in every sense of the word!
