The rep told me that the special of the 3 hp laptops with 3g router where at lease 5 x bigger than they actually are. When they arrived they are entry level 2gig laptops that I would have bought 8 years ago in my business not 2015. They are soooooo slow we can hardly work on them....When I asked them to upgrade the ram to at least 6gig as discussed they said no....Done nothing about it...shocking...Its not the misleading that upsets me more than the doing nothing about a unhappy customer....double check everything you buy from them.<br> <br> Reporting them to consumer board

As per telephonic conversation last week, please obtain a quote for the upgrade of the laptops and we will assist with a R200 for each device, unfortunately we cannot cancel the deal as well as Vodacom.
