SATISFIED CUSTOMER

No matter the day, no matter the time. Gerhard is always willing to assist me. He does not have to but he goes out of his way and is always eager to satisfy my needs.<br> <br> I bought a phone from Smartcom, he assisted via email to set it up, answered any questions I had and never once had an attitude about it or complained. The phone however, got ******, I needed the imei number, I emailed him and he was out of office, yet he still assisted in retreiving the number for me. Still could not blacklist the phone though, but he will always keep me updated on whether or not he was able to find an alternative or not.<br> <br> I probably email him thrice a week regarding my Vodacom account and as always, he delivers consistent service. I do not know how you guys acknowledge your staff, but this one right here, needs to be acknowledged. He is a valuable asset to the company in my opinion. He is the only reason I will remain with Vodacom, regardless of all the other bad experiences I have to make through with Vodacom.<br> <br> Excellent customer service.<br> Eager and always willing to assist.<br> Friendly.<br> Keeps me informed.<br> Always efficient and consistent in what he does.<br> GREAT ATTITUDE. :)
