Family Fued interfering with work issues

About 5 years ago One of Smartcom's employee Bernadine Venter( my aunt) decided that she is going to give me a voice and data plan of R100pm on my cellphone number registered under my name however the contract would be ofcourse under her name that she was paying for... last month a family fued broke out and she has now taken matters into her own hands and decides to block my cellphone number all together... i do understand that the contract is under her name and she can do as she pleases with it, iv called smartcom numorous times to ask Bernadine to cancel the contract and unblock my number.. she refuses to do so and has even notified her colleages not to attend to the matter whenever i call... i do not need the contract I JUST WANT MY NUMBER UNBLOCKED.. SMARTCOm managment has also refused to help with the matter... what steps do i now take to get anything sorted.... BERNADINE VENTER YOU ARE USING YOUR POWER TO MANIPULATE others.. what joy do you get out of doing this...
