I'm surprised that by now Smart Village hasn't had anyone look at their below-average UI on their website. <br> <br> First up, I would highly recommend that you allow users, who have been capped, access to your website so they can recharge their accounts. This is an absolute no-brainer. Because I can't get onto your website on my laptop I'm forced to use my cellphone data and look at your website on a tiny screen because your web devs didn't think it to be a good idea to make your website responsive. I've now several times tried to recharge my account at work to no avail as your servers keep timing out. So for the time being the money you could have made from me buying more data will go somewhere else while I wait for the first of the next month to receive my monthly data allowance. The only reason I'm with you is because my apartment block doesn't allow any other ISP in. Well done.
