TERRIBLE service from Smart Village
<p>I experienced the worst service ever from Smart Village call center!! We requested a public IP and sent them the email request which they responded to with the wrong thing!! We tried 10 times to continously call them but they were either giving us the run around or hanging up our calls! </p>
We know it’s been a while, but we’d like to apologise for not having responded sooner. This is definitely something we need to improve on, and that’s exactly what we’re going to do. If there’s anything we can still do for you, we’d be grateful if you’d call us on ***3 or drop us a line at *** - even if you just want someone to shout at.
