Response is non existing

Can someone at smart village contact me. I would prefer a manager. I was now told 5 times on 5 different days that someone will call me back, NOTHING. I send 4 emails with ZERO response. I must receive a voucher after an upgrade. Someone who can help contact me. My stand nr is 1077
