Problem resolved promptly

<p>When I enquired about the fibre service, smart village erred and said i will get a free router when i sign up. There was no router on installation and i was told my comlex does not qualify for free router which was never mentioned on my feedback from smart village. I took it up with their customer care and they proptly resolved it. I am now waiting for my free router :) Happy customer</p>
