Pathetic service
The land lines has not been working for more than a week now in the complex I live so security cannot get a hold of me when I have visitors! Have called Smart Village 4 times and each time they say they will get back to me and never do. When I call I come to a call centre and they never know what is going on. Really pathetic! Don't ever buy into a complex where they are servicing!
